Gala Vanson

Trained at the Arts Décoratifs de Paris, Gala Vanson’s practice is at the crossroads of painting, writing and graphic design. She has worked as a designer with Le BAL, the Châteauvallon-Liberté national theatre, Radio France and the Centre Pompidou. Inspired by documentary form and social themes, her work links the intimate with the collective in the search for common languages.

 

She has published the album Catcheur d’Amour, published by Seuil Jeunesse, and the comic strip La boucherie parisienne, published by L’Association.
