Aurélie Charon and Caroline Gillet’s radio series on youth were the starting point. They teamed up with Amélie Bonnin to create a different stage version each time. These young activists they’ve met all over the world, they wanted to invite to the stage, gathered in the same place, at the same time. We talk about commitment, identity, minority rights, freedom, new modes of action. We encourage each other. We give each other ideas. It’s a show that uses the codes of a radio show, in three dimensions. Aurélie Charon and Caroline Gillet at the microphone, Amélie Bonnin with live images, 3 or 4 young people on stage at each performance, from all over the world. There are words, live drawings and live music. They come from Gaza, Dakar, Sarajevo, New Delhi, Marseille, etc., and have things to say to each other and to us. It’s a generation that’s had enough of being spoken for.
