Aurélie Charon and the Radio live collective present a new triptych for the Festival d’Avignon 2025: Vivantes, Nos vies à venir and Réuni·es.

In this new opus, which is divided into three chapters, Aurélie Charon turns the microphone over to eight people from conflict zones in Syria, Gaza, Bosnia, Ukraine, Lebanon, Rwanda… Each evening, in groups of three, they share what the violence of conflict has shaken in their intimate, family, social, artistic and militant spaces. A journalistic investigation that reinvents itself with each performance through drawing, video and music. A reflection on friendship as a collective force, and an invitation to “get together with people who don’t look like us” to better distance ourselves from hatred.

The Radio Live project was born in 2013, to extend the radio series on committed youth by Aurélie Charon and Caroline Gillet. They brought these young activists from all over the world together on stage to tell their stories and meet each other. For more than ten years, Radio live has been bringing together young people from all over the world to discuss issues of commitment and identity, in a show fed by sounds and images produced live by Amélie Bonnin.

In 2021, Aurélie Charon and Amélie Bonnin opened a new cycle in this unique collective and international project: La Relève. They filmed the previous and next generations, and the images come to dialogue with the stage.
